After starting the pump, slowly open the inlet valve of the marine plate heat exchanger to gradually increase the flow and pressure to avoid local high pressure damage to the equipment due to instantaneous impact. Of course, when the equipment is running, in order to prevent overpressure on one side, the inlet valve of the marine plate heat exchanger should be opened at the same time, or the low pressure measuring fluid should be injected slowly, and then the high pressure side fluid should be injected slowly. The flow of hot and cold fluids can also be controlled by valves according to the readings of the thermometer at the inlet and outlet of the marine plate heat exchanger, so as to achieve the required process parameters and stable operation. Or you should also pay attention to the fact that the vent valve should be set in the pipeline system, and the air in the equipment should be discharged after driving to prevent the air from staying in the equipment and reduce the heat transfer effect. If the hot and cold medium contains large particles of sludge or other debris, it should be filtered first. When using the marine plate heat exchanger, it should be noted that when the temperature difference between the two media is large, the low temperature medium can be passed first, and then the high temperature medium. In case of shutdown or power failure, close the inlet valve of high-temperature medium immediately. The matching valve shall be well sealed. Of course, leakage is not allowed here to avoid premature aging of the sealing gasket at one side under high temperature, and then turn off the low-temperature medium. And there is no need to shut down for inspection during routine maintenance. Only when the resistance drop is higher than the standard value, the backwash does not work, the working efficiency is significantly reduced, and the occurrence of leakage and large-area leakage cannot be controlled, can the inspection be stopped. Repair and replace parts that are no longer usable. Or it should also be noted that the rollers to be installed on the movable head should be oiled frequently to avoid rust and ensure that there will be no problems in the use of the marine plate heat exchanger. In addition, during the working process, the clamping bolts cannot be tightened because the machine fluid is full and there is a high-pressure environment. When clamping the clamping bolts and nuts of the heat exchange plate, the distance between the two clamping plates should be limited according to the standard, otherwise the plate and rubber pad will be easily damaged.
