Our KDP company provided a fully welded plate heat exchanger retrofit project for a fine chemical industrial park in East China. We innovatively implement dual-mode operation (winter and summer differentiation strategy) and triple anti blocking design by configuring 316L stainless steel laser welded plate heat exchanger (3 × 150 ㎡), intelligent temperature control valve group (± 0.5 ℃ accuracy), and cloud monitoring system. After the renovation, the steam utilization rate has been increased to 92%, the temperature control accuracy has reached ± 0.8 ℃, the annual maintenance frequency has been reduced from 6 times to 0.5 times, and the land area has been reduced by 67.9%. The project achieves an annual savings of 540000 cubic meters of natural gas (generating an efficiency of 1.62 million yuan) and ensures safe and stable operation in strong acidic and alkaline media.
