This is our KDP all welded plate heat exchanger. The main plane is laser welded, and the whole welding process is sealed. The plate is in herringbone corrugated form. The sealing solder between the plate and plate channels is the same as the plate material, with high heat transfer efficiency, many cross contact points, high temperature resistance, high pressure up to 3.0Mpa, compact structure, and small floor area. The plate material is made of 316 stainless steel, fully welded process, no gasket sealing, fully utilizing refrigerant or heat source, making it a cost-effective solution for waste heat recovery and utilization.
